[Sahana_proj] several questions

I am not entirely sure but the command line interface might think of the 
SVN commands as unrecognizable external DOS commands... Did you try 
getting into the directory where SVN was installed and then running the 
SVN commands? I would still recommend tortoiseSVN.... that one is simply 
great. you will finish your job in no time!

Also, can anyone give a brief description on how to use the command line 
interface? I tried doing that too and came across a lot of confusions; 
so gave up and then installed tortoiseSVN.
