[Sahana_proj] captcha-like image generator

Hey guys,
One of the possible features to add with Sahana was a "captcha" script
(human verification). I wrote up some quick code to generate such an
image, maybe somebody can work on the rest of the captcha system. I
posted the code on the Wiki under Notes, and you can see a demo here-
