[Thefred] Sunday Meeting Minutes

Dear Freddies,

Here are the *meeting minutes*:

*Last Friday Recap: Fred Coffeehouse
-*Mike Mejia is AWESOME (especially at the harmonica and singing)
-very effective event- getting better at coffee houses
-too much MCing perhaps- but good to have the personal thank yous
-thanks to those who helped decorate
-Thea- great coffee
-make sets shorter
-good early start
-good to wait a month and a half in between coffee houses
-Fred members should make more of a concerted effort to introduce themselves
and remember names

*This Friday:TV-Themed Event
*-will be determined by committee
-Committee: Mike, Pratheek, Scottie, Thea, Brian Cheney, Grace
-Relay For Life craft table on the side (in the office)
-Flyering: Sarah, Vince, Mike, Catherine, Sean, Hannah Kaneck, Jessie,
Nichola

*Other Announcements
*-Elections to be announced shortly
*-*Next Sunday at 9:00: Non-Demoninational Gift Exchange: *Send Greg an
e-mail if you are NOT interested in participating by Tuesday night (
greglorenz.amarra at trincoll.edu)
     *$10 limit
-Sleepover will not be happening this semester (but kudos to our Bonding
Coordinator for doing such a great job this semester)
-*Empty your stuff from the Fred closet or Dave will put it in the back
closet (or throw it out)...
