Visiting Lecturer in the Aetna Quantitative Center at Trinity College (CT)

The Aetna Quantitative Center and Department of Mathematics at Trinity College invite applications for a full-time Lecturer position, beginning in August 2015. Responsibilities include teaching five courses per year, with three for the Quantitative Center and two for the Department of Mathematics. The initial appointment is for one year, with a possibility of renewal.

The Aetna Quantitative Center was established in 1987 to ensure that all students achieve quantitative literacy, and to support students who are enrolled in courses across the College that require significant quantitative skills.

A Master’s degree in Mathematics or Statistics and college teaching experience are required.Qualifications

There is no closing date for applications; however, the departments will begin to read applications in late March and those completed by March 31, 2015, will be assured full consideration.
