PPR: PPR 1.54 released

PPR version 1.54 has been released.  It may be obtained from:

This is an interim maintenance release.  There are no new features.  An 
abbreviated change list:

* Fixes for GCC 4.0 and minor compile problems
* Linux USB printing and browsing fixes
* Linux parallel port printing fixes
* SMB printing fixes
* Fixed page counting when the Windows XP PostScript drivers N-Up 
feature is used (requires enabling of editps).
* Other minor bug fixes

Most of these changes were backported from the 2.XX branch.  The 2.XX 
branch is developing nicely.  IPP support is much improved.  It is 
expected that 2.00 will be able to serve as a drop-in replacement for 
CUPS.  This will automatically provide PPR features to modern desktop 
applications such as Mozilla, Openoffice.org, and the KDE and GNOME 
applications.
