Fred Meeting Notes 12/13/09<br>

Last Friday Night Recap:<br>
-Most pathetic turnout ever seen<br>
-Craft Room was great<br>
-Perhaps give it another go- not up against other things<br>

Voting:<br>
-Wednesday at midnight- deadline for voting<br>
-Alumni Liaison: Grace<br>
-thinking about doing an alumni history book<br>
-Advertising Coordinator: Ryan<br>
-really likes making posters and Helvetica font<br>
-Group Liaison: Sean Zimmer and Mike M.<br>
-Sean: Fred groups have fallen by the wayside and should be resurrected<br>
-Mike: Fred groups overlooked but still important because open the common space to the community at large<br>
-Calendar Coordinator: Thea Button<br>
-Thea: fast responder to e-mails and knows how to utilize Google calendar; would use all of the Fred space<br>
-Scotty: also responds quickly to e-mails and knows how to utilize Google calendar<br>
-Bonding Coordinator: Jenna Barry<br>
-Jenna (from Ireland): organized, wants to do one bonding event per month<br>
-Event Coordinator: Sean Zimmer<br>
-Friday night events are very important to Trinity community<br>
-Secretary: Scotty<br>
-very neat and organized<br>
-make Constitution more of a presence here<br>
-Treasurer: Jake Gire and Pratheek<br>
-Jake: enjoys managing funds, small way can contribute to the Fred during wrestling season, gets money fast and easily<br>
-Pratheek: understands Trinity’s financial system, has had past experience in high school<br>
-Community Facilitator: Hannah Kaneck, Mike M., Ellie Anderson<br>
-Hannah: active non-member as a freshman, has loved living here, very organized (stage manager experience)<br>
-Mike M: active non-member as a freshman as well, loved going to Fred events, passionate about the community, wants to step up involvement<br>
-Ellie Anderson: will be a brand new member in the spring, good at making personal connections, has previous leadership experience (read her paragraph in the ballot- it’s very well written)<br>

*If spots aren’t filled at these first elections, we’ll have special elections afterwards.<br>

Announcements:<br>
-9:00pm tonight Non-Demoninational Gift Exchange in the Fred common room<br>
-If you can’t make the meeting, leave your gift under the projector in the common room<br>
-Leave your gift anonymous (don’t put your name on it)<br>
-Winter Break (a Fiona announcement)<br>
-Sign the pink sheet on your door<br>
-Empty your trash and close your shades before leaving<br>
-Hannah Kaneck donating a TV to the 6th floor Fred common room<br>
-Cookies v Cancer coming back this Wednesday: hot fresh cookies delivered to your room between 9pm and 11pm<br>
-Sign up outside Mather<br>
-Kudos to Dave Rowe for cleaning out the Fred closet<br>
-We should post instructions for using the Fred projector inside the cabinet- Scotty will be taking care of this project<br>
-Thanks to Sean and Ryan for being excellent Community Facilitators<br>
