items removed and the room swept) before you leave. Any damage to either the room or the furniture will result in your student account being charged repair/replacement fee(s). </font></div>

<div style="padding-left: 18pt; text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial, sans-serif">If you must be in your room at any time during winter break, you must submit a request to the Office of Campus Life/Residential Services. Requests are not automatically approved.
You may be approved for winter housing if you meet one of the conditions below.</font></div>

<div style="padding-left: 54pt; text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial, sans-serif">1. You are an International Student.</font></div>
<div style="padding-left: 54pt; text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial, sans-serif">2. You are working on campus and have a letter from your employer.</font></div>
<div style="padding-left: 54pt; text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial, sans-serif">3. You have academic obligations requiring you to be on campus and have a letter from your professor.</font></div>
<div style="padding-left: 54pt; text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial, sans-serif">4. You are on a winter sports team and the Campus Life Office has received confirmation from the Athletic Department that you have practice prior
to the opening of residence halls. Sports clubs are not included under these conditions.</font></div>

<div style="padding-left: 18pt; text-align: justify;"><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><u>These are the only acceptable reasons</u> for being on campus during any portion of the winter break. These guidelines will be strictly adhered to.</font></div>
