Christopher,
  I think what we have to do (other than post a link to the source code and documentation) is post a link to the html file that was generated by the php program we write.  So, what I'm doing is I'm just going to run my php program on my local computer and save the result as an html file, which I'm then going to upload to my public_html folder, this way there's no need to have any files in your public_html folder reference a database.

Does anyone know how we can reference our created database once we move our .php file to our public html folders?  Or better yet how we can move the database?  Thanks.
